Happy New Year to you all, I hope you are having a lovely break over the holidays!
We are starting the 2025 school year on Monday 3rd February – This is a day for you to have a Learning Conversation with your teacher for 2025 and re-familiarise yourself with school. The School Office will also be open. Please book a time with your child’s/ children’s teacher, see below for instructions on how to do so.
Times start from 9:00am – 4:30pm, if you cannot do this then please arrange another time with the teacher, we are only too happy to accommodate.

Step 1: Enter your email address, parents’ full name, number of students you are booking for and the students name/s. Click the ‘go’ button.
Step 2: For each student, select your child’s classroom under the first drop down box, select their teacher under the second drop down box. Click the ‘go’ button.
Step 3: Choose the time/s you would like for your learning conversation/s by clicking the time slot that is available. Missing check boxes mean the time has already been booked. Click ‘go’ button.
Step 4: You have the option to print out a copy of the times you have booked, a confirmation email will also be emailed to you. You can view, or change or cancel your booking, by using the link in the email confirmation.
First Day of Term 1 for all students is Tuesday 4th February, school starts at 9am.
Stationery – This is now loaded and ready to order. To make going Back to School easy for you, we have once again teamed up with OfficeMax MySchool to have our stationery requirements lists loaded on to https://www.myschool.co.nz/
We’ve found this is the easiest way for you to purchase your child’s requirements. This link will take you directly to our school, the stationery requirements are first listed under the team and then by class/ teacher.
Pukeko Team – New Entrants, Years 1 – 3.
Tui Team – Years 4 – 6.
Takahe Team – Years 7 & 8.
Buying through OfficeMax MySchool also earns Rewards for our school which we can redeem for much needed educational supplies, equipment for our classrooms or for students in need.
School Donation – At the same time as ordering stationery, you can also pay your School Donation. School donations for 2025 are $200 for one student for a full year or $50 per term. $375 for a family with two or more students for a full year or $93.75 per term. Please choose one donation option. Donation payments for a family with two or more students can be paid against just one of the students – you don’t need to split the payment.
