Dear Parents and Caregivers

GoBus has inspected the roads for all 3 of our bus routes.

• Bus Route D020203: Bus 1 – Weranui Rd bus will operate as normal from tomorrow, Friday 3rd February.
• Bus Route D020219: Bus 2 – Wainui Rd/ Kowhai Rd bus will operate as normal from tomorrow.
• Bus Route D020213: Bus 3 – Tahekeroa, there is some damage to Tahekeroa Rd between Mick Dillon Rd and Krippner Rd corner so will have the following change:

– The morning bus will start as normal at 7:40am from 850 Haruru Rd and travel up to Mick Dillon Rd.
– It will then turn around and come back down Haruru Rd, travel up Monowai Rd/ Upper Waiwera Rd arriving at Krippner Rd corner at 8:10am.
– The bus will turn around there and proceed to school as per the normal route, collecting students.
– Parents who live on Tahekeroa Rd between Mick Dillon Rd and Krippner Rd corner will need to take their children to either Mick Dillon Rd OR Krippner Rd corner to be collected.

– The afternoon bus will follow the same route/ procedure as the morning bus.

For the Tahekeroa bus, please give yourselves extra time to arrive at the pick-up/ drop-off points as it is very hard at this stage to predict what time the bus will be there.

All students taking the bus, please email the office on exo@wainui.school.nz with your bus arrangements for this year.
