Interschool Swimming – Hibiscus Coast Schools, Years 5&6

| $5On Thursday 22 March, the Yrs 5&6 Interschool Swimming team will be travelling to Northern Arena in Silverdale for our annual Interschool Swimming competition. You will have received a notice home from Miss Stevenson if your child has been chosen to represent the school at this event. Miss Stevenson will be accompanying the children at this event.
The events will start at 10.00am and finals will commence at 12.45pm. We will be leaving Wainui School at about 9.15am and arriving back at school at about 2.00pm.
For the day the children will need to bring the following:
– togs, towels, goggles and a swim cap (the swim cap is compulsory)
– an extra towel to sit on (optional)
– warm clothing for non-competition time
– morning tea and lunch
– water bottle
We would like to ask the parents of those children competing to assist with transport and timekeeping. Please let us know if you can help out.
