Helpers Needed for Ag Day – We still have 24 slots that need filling to run Ag Day!
Here is the list by classroom:
Karaka Ball in a Bucket 1 slot at 9am
Kohekohe Lucky Dip 1 slot at 12pm
Kowhai Cake Stall 1 slot at 9am
Rimu Target/Nerf 1 slot at 12pm
Pukatea Prize Tent 2 slots at 11am and 12pm
Puriri Tin Can 2 slots at 9am and 10am
Matai Drinks/Juicies 2 slots at 11am and 12pm
Miro Hoopla 3 slots at 11am, 12pm and 1pm
Puriri Rua Splat the Rat 3 slots at 11am, 12pm and 1pm
Kahikatea Assault Course 4 slots at 10am, 11am, 12.00pm and 1.00pm
Kauri Coconut Shy 4 slots at 9am, 10am, 11am and 1pm
Parking
To help get everyone safely in on our big day, here are the parking arrangements:
1. For animals including chickens parking is in the bottom carpark and field.
2. On the grass in front of the School House except for the roped off area.
3. Usual visitor carpark.
4. Next door on the Olliff’s farm if dry. Please follow the sign at 490 Waitoki Rd.
5. Disabled parking is in the designated carparks on the traffic island (principals and 3 staff carparks) plus usual disabled carpark.
