Dear Parents and Caregivers

Welcome back to school. Wow! Have you seen the awesome work that everyone “all voluntary”, have done on the grounds! Just amazing!

Ag Day & Gala – This Friday 21st October – 4 Asks:

1. Registration of Animals – Please ensure you have registered your animal – calf, lamb, kid goat or chicken, we need to know numbers ASAP. Here is the link to register: https://forms.gle/ABxenQnHy8n3wb2E7

2. Grandparent/ Aunt/ Uncle Judges – I desperately need more judges for this Thursday 20th October in the afternoon. We will starting judging the arts & crafts in the classrooms at 2.30pm. Please contact me if you are available: [email protected]

3. Parent Volunteer’s Roster – We need some more parent help to man the various stalls and games on the day. Just one hour from everyone would do it. To book a slot:

Click onwww.schoolinterviews.co.nz and enter the Event Code: ayee7

Step 1: Enter your email address, parents’ full name, and mobile number. Click the “Go” button.

Step 2: Select your child’s classroom under the first dropdown box, choose their classroom stall. You can also choose another classroom for your other children if applicable. Click the “Go” button.

Step 3: Choose the time/s you would like to volunteer by clicking on a time slot that suits you. Missing checkboxes mean that the time has already been booked by someone else. Click the “Go” button.

You have the option to print out a copy of the time/s you have booked, a confirmation will also be emailed to you. You can view, change or cancel your booking by using the link in the email confirmation.

Please contact the office if you are having problems trying to book a time. School Interviews have a few issues with our event on their website, it keeps closing! Rest assured we still need more volunteers!

4. Donations – We are still in need of some donations for the day. Any grocery items for the raffles, chocolates and lollies, Lucky Dip prizes for girls and boys – all donations are much appreciated. An alternative is to donate $30 towards these items via Kindo. A cake box will be sent home tomorrow, Tuesday to each family to fill with home baking. Cakes are the biggest seller, but any baking is very welcome.

Thank you very much, we are all looking forward to Ag Day & Gala.
